Winches
The B&S Winch with belt, dimensions: 230x200x140 mm. The pulling capacity of the winch is 200 kg (with an angle of approx.14°).
The B&S Winch with belt is equipped with:
- Radio remote control
- An additional emergency switch integrated in the cover
- Current limiter, the B&S Winch is protected against overload
- Soft-Start function; a variable speed control
- 5 meter winch belt with a belt buckle at the end. The required accessory to attach to the wheelchair can be attached to this belt buckle.
All parts of the winch are concealed under the cover, this makes assembly relatively easy. Mount the winch in a WAV or bus, connect it to the battery and the winch is ready for use.
A modified version of the winch is equipped with a cord instead of a belt. This version is specially designed and particularly suitable for use in WAV’s in which there is little space for a winch. The flexibility of the cord makes it possible to place the winch under the driver’s or passenger’s seat.
All dimensions and functionalities are the same as the Wheelchair Winch with belt.
Specifically for WAV’s with limited loading space, B&S developed the B&S Wheelchair Winch XS. A smaller version (dimensions 195x150x105 mm) of the standard winch. The pulling capacity of the Winch XS is 125 kg (with an angle of approx.14°).
The B&S Wheelchair Winch XS is equipped with:
- Radio remote control
- An additional emergency switch integrated in the cover
- Automatic overload protection fuse integrated in the cover
- 3.5 meter winch belt in combination with a hook or elastic V-yoke to attach to the wheelchair frame
All parts of the Winch XS are concealed under the cover, this makes assembly relatively easy. Mount the winch in the WAV or bus, connect it to the battery and the winch is then ready for use.
The Wheelchair Winch XS is also available in a modified version with the cord instead of the belt, identical to the 200 kg winch. The flexibility of the cord makes it possible to place the winch under the driver’s or passenger’s seat.
In addition to the B&S Wheelchair Winch XS, a heavy-duty version is now also available: the B&S Wheelchair Winch XL. The pulling capacity of the Wheelchair Winch XL is 350 kg (with an angle of approx.14°).
The B&S Wheelchair Winch XL is equipped with:
- Radio remote control
- An additional emergency switch integrated in the cover
- Easily accessible automatic fuse to protect against overload
- 7 meter winch belt with a belt buckle at the end. The required accessory to attach to the wheelchair can be attached to this belt buckle.
All parts of the Winch XL are concealed under the cover, this makes assembly relatively easy. Mount the winch in the WAV or bus, connect it to the battery and the winch is ready for use.
The B&S Wheelchair Winch XL is particularly suitable for use in larger wheelchair buses and ambulance transport vehicles.
